WALKING SCHOOL BUS NEWS
We had a fantastic turn out for our first walking school bus last Friday on our Pershore Place Bus route. We are going to hold a meeting for any parents that would like to be part of the Walking School Bus Whanau on Thursday 19th November at 3.10pm in the staffroom. We look forward to seeing lots of parents there to help us start up more days. This is a great intiative for helping to keep our children safe.
Remember that the Walking School Bus is only on Fridays at the moment until we get more parents involved.

SUN HATS
In term 4 it is a school rule for all children to wear a sunhat when outside in the sun. We sell sun hats at the school office for $5. If your child does not have a hat they will not be able to participate in outdoor activities this term.

JUNIOR NEIGHBOURHOOD SUPPORT
Last week we sent out a flyer with the Newsletter asking for parents who would like to start a Neighbourhood Support Group on their street. If you are            interested please contact Matua George at the school.

YEAR 6 CHILDREN
