On Wednesday 7 August we had a Home/School Partnership meeting to share our school vision and direction with parents.  We talked about what learning looks like at Nga Iwi School and how education is beginning to change with the introduction of technology.  During the meeting, parents were asked what skills, values, characteristics, knowledge and opportunities they hope their child will leave Nga Iwi School with at the end of Year 6.  It was a fantastic meeting with wonderful sharing and manaakitanga experienced through out.  Thank you to all the parents who attended the event. Your voice and important is greatly valued.  We hope we get more parents along to our next meeting to form relationships with other parents and staff and build a collaborative partnership in developing our tamariki.
